Feed the Beast

Feed the Beast was the theme of an artists salon night organized by singer/songwriter Kathrine Becker. I turned my silly poem into a rhyming mini-comic. Live sketches from the event can be seen here.

Breakdancer

Created for the New York Anime Festival's mascot competition. Lines were done in dark pencil, intentionally emulating ink, then digitally cleaned and colored. Had fun giving the character such a dynamic pose.

Crazy Cat

Inspired by my own wide-eyed crazy cat.

Silent Comic

A young creature exploring its unusual world. Looked at both insects and sea life for reference. Done with brushed ink wash and nib pen.
